Having a healthy routine is a great way to be aware of things that you like to do everyday, things that you know are beneficial to you, and also helps you to maintain a little structure in your life. Things like the activity of learning, because the most important routine is educating yourself and being more knowledgeable and understanding of yourself and the world around you. Having a routine is a good way to find your rhythm. Having a routine is also a great way to exercise your control, and at the same time, it's also a great way to create a baseline, so that you can measure any changes that you may be experiencing in your life. The human body performs best on a regular schedule. So you need a routine. A routine that you can easily do anywhere, or anytime. But you also have to know when to break routine, and you have to be able to handle things when your routine gets disrupted. When your routine is interrupted, you should see what you can learn from it. You should know what it's like when you can't do your normal routine. You have to know when you need to take a break, and know when to recalibrate, and know when to modify your routine so that you could adapt to changes in your life. The routine should be flexible and always be open to new information and spontaneity. A routine should have several steps and have several objectives. The routine should always have certain responsibilities. With a few of those responsibilities being your state of mind, your physical well being, and the well being of others and the well being of the planet. A routine is not a routine when it turns into a bad habit. So if you make learning a habit and a daily ritual, you will eventually cure every bad habit that this world is suffering from.

Journaling or writing in a diary is a great way to document your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Journaling allows you to witness things that are happening in our daily life and identify any problems that you may be experiencing, sometimes with more clarity and sometimes with a new perspective. It's also a good way to track any symptoms day-to-day so that you can recognize any triggers and learn ways to better control them. Set aside a few minutes every day to write, and keep a pen and paper handy at all times, even if using a computer. Write whatever feels right. Your journal doesn't need to follow any certain structure. It's your own private place to discuss whatever you want. Let the words flow freely. Don't worry about spelling mistakes or what other people might think. Use your journal as you see fit. You don't have to share your journal with anyone. If you do want to share some of your thoughts with trusted friends and loved ones, you could show them parts of your journal.

Sub-Routine

Subroutine is a sequence of program instructions that perform a specific task, packaged as a unit. This unit can then be used in programs wherever that particular task should be performed. Subprograms may be defined within programs, or separately in libraries that can be used by multiple programs. In different programming languages, a subroutine may be called a procedure, a function, a routine, a method, or a subprogram. The generic term callable unit is sometimes used. System Integration is defined as the process of bringing together the component subsystems into one system and ensuring that the subsystems function together as a system.

Routines are good, but you need to avoid being totally automatic all the time. You need to put things in perspective before you act. Always ask these 5 questions before you do something. Is the action needed now? When was the last time that this action was performed? What are your priorities? What are your options? And are these options based on your accumulated knowledge and wisdom, or are they based on a feeling or mood that you're in? If you can answer those 5 questions before you act, you will definitely increase your awareness, and you will also have more control over your autonomous behaviors.

It's a good idea to change your Daily routine especially when it comes to food: For a week you should stop eating the same food, this way you can examine any physical or mental changes that may occur. Doing this type of research could save your life. It's hard to notice adverse effects from certain foods and drinks when your body as adapted to a new state, so you may feel normal, but you are not. Stopping or changing habits is the only way to be sure how that choice effects you, whether the effect is positive or negative.

Note: If you do break your routine, just remember that you can easily forget things, lose things and make mistakes, mostly because you are not totally aware because your routine is almost second nature and automatic. So be aware when a routine is changed or modified. Example: I always put my keys in this place, but for some reason I put my keys somewhere else, so it took me a while to find my keys.

Cycles - Repeating

Cycle is a periodically repeated sequence of events. Cause to go through a recurring sequence. An interval during which a recurring sequence of events occurs. A single complete execution of a periodically repeated phenomenon. Cycle can also mean the unit of frequency; one hertz has a periodic interval of one second. Baseline - Core Self - Orienting - State of Mind

Baseline is a standard by which things are measured or compared.

Your baseline is when you feel at your best and you feel healthy and energetic. You are fully rested and you're not hungry. You're experiencing no stress and you're not on any drugs or medications. Knowing your baseline is extremely important. You need to have awareness, and you have to know what to be aware of, which takes a lot of learning. So your baseline also includes everything that you know so far at the present moment, which makes your current level of knowledge the standard that you measure everything else against. To define yourself is not easy. And to know when your body changes or when your thinking changes, is also not easy. To attempt a self verification, you would need to have a lot of information. So to accurately know where your baseline is, you will need to answer a few questions first. Are you sleeping good? How do you Know? How is your memory? How do you Know? Do you know what eating healthy is and are you eating healthy? Have you changed your diet in any way lately? Are you exercising enough? Are you learning enough and staying up-to-date on what is known? Are you sitting for long periods of time? Are you suffering from any addictions? Are you on any medications? Is your environment healthy? Are any of your relationships stressful? Is you work stressful? Can you accurately describe the kind of person you are, or the kind of person you use to be? Can you accurately describe your beliefs, your values, and your abilities?

Baseline in Medicine is information found at the beginning of a study or other initial known value which is used for comparison with later data. The concept of a baseline is essential to the daily practice of medicine in order to establish a relative rather than absolute meaning to data. The meaning of Baseline in Medicine is very similar to that of the running baseline (baseball) being the direct path that a base runner is taking to the base he is in route to. If the base runner is outside the 3 foot margin around his running baseline, then he is considered out. Whereas if a patient with kidney failure (whose creatinine is usually 3.0 mg/dL) suddenly has a creatinine of 5.0 mg/dL, then his creatinine is out of his normal. For that person with kidney failure, absolute normal no longer applies because he will never again be able to obtain an absolutely normal creatinine level (0.5-1.2 mg/dL) with kidneys that no longer function properly. Science.

Shifting Baseline is a type of change to how a system is measured, usually against previous reference points (baselines), which themselves may represent significant changes from an even earlier state of the system.

Orienting Response is an organism's immediate response to a change in its environment, when that change is not sudden enough to elicit the startle reflex. Navigation - Anger Management.

Orienting is to find one's position in relation to new and strange surroundings. Finding your center or core and connecting with your root self. Calibration - Frame of Reference.

Compass Point are the people you depend on in times of need. People who will be there for you when you lose yourself or get lost and forget who you are. People you think about when you're trying to reconnect with who you are.

In order to find your way back home and reconnect with your center, you need to leave trial markers, reminders, clues, passwords, and questions. Anything that will help you reestablish yourself.

Core Self-Evaluations represent a stable personality trait which encompasses an individual's subconscious, fundamental evaluations about themselves, their own abilities and their own control. People who have high core self-evaluations will think positively of themselves and be confident in their own abilities. Conversely, people with low core self-evaluations will have a negative appraisal of themselves and will lack confidence.

Baseline in pharmacology and matters of biochemistry describes a person's state of mind or being with the absence of drugs. For example, after an LSD trip, baseline would be the point where the user is completely under control and no longer experiences any effects.

What is your State of Mind? Are you in autopilot? Are you distracted? Are you critically thinking and engaged? What are the questions you would ask yourself to do a state of mind check? What do you See? How do you Feel? What do you Hear? What do you Smell? What do you Taste? What do you Think?

Awareness - Perspective - Biases - System Check - Vital Signs (physical system check) - Check List.

Mental State is a state of mind that a person is in. Are you feeling uneasy or relaxed? Are you rested and focused or stressed with thoughts weighing heavy on your mind? Do you know how to accurately describe your mental state? What is your preferred mental state? How would you compare it to other mental states?

Baseline Configuration Management is an agreed description of the attributes of a product, at a point in time, which serves as a basis for defining change. A "change" is a movement from this baseline state to a next state. The identification of significant changes from the baseline state is the central purpose of baseline identification. Functional Baseline: initial specifications established; contract, etc.. Allocated Baseline: state of work products after requirements are approved. Developmental Baseline: state of work products amid development. Product Baseline: contains the releasable contents of the project. others, based upon proprietary business practices. Memory Cues and Triggers.

Base Rate refers to the (base) class probabilities unconditioned on featural evidence, frequently also known as prior probabilities. For example, if it were the case that 1% of the public were "medical professionals", and 99% of the public were not "medical professionals", then the base rate of medical professionals is simply 1%. Fallacies.

Touching Base is a little reminder, this is what I know so far, checking for progress, checking for errors. What changes have I noticed in myself and in my surroundings? What have I learned now? Should I modify my plans or goals in any way? What is the over all picture of your life?

Oikeiôsis internal forms include joining or uniting of the self as well as of one's constitution, and external forms include familiarization with other people and an orientation towards external goods. Oikeiôsis is a technical term variously translated as "appropriation," "orientation," "familiarization," "affinity," "affiliation," and "endearment." Oikeiôsis signifies the perception of something as one’s own, as belonging to oneself. The theory of oikeiôsis can be traced back to the work of the first Stoic philosopher, Zeno of Citium. The Stoic philosopher Hierocles saw it as the basis for all animal impulses as well as human ethical action. According to Porphyry, "those who followed Zeno stated that oikeiôsis is the beginning of justice".

Check Yourself before you Wreck Yourself means that you should consider the consequences of your actions before you end up in trouble. To be very careful in one's actions or speech, so as not to do or say something harmful or offensive. Step back and examine your actions, because you are in a potentially dangerous or sticky situation that could get bad very easily.

Reality Check (update)

Reconnect with your core self several times a day. Remind yourself of your controls, your knowledge, your disciplines and everything that you have learned so far. Imagine seeing yourself holding a sign that reminds you of your goals...First sign says "Remember why you're here", second sign says "you're on an amazing journey", third sign says "Live, Learn, Love and Progress."

Checklist - To Do List - Reminders

Checklist is a list of items, names, tasks or things that are required to be done that are checked off when they are completed. A checklist is a type of procedure that is used as a reminder to do certain things, or a type of informational job aid that is used to reduce failure by helping people to remember things. This helps to ensure consistency and completeness in carrying out a task. A basic example is the "to do list." A more advanced checklist would be a schedule, which lays out tasks to be done according to time of day or other factors. A primary task in checklist is documentation of the task and auditing against the documentation. Checklists are an incredible tool that helps reduce mistakes, it can also help with discipline, time management and focus.

Start with the awareness of your breathing and then move slowly from total awareness of your Inner Self to having total Awareness of your surroundings. What you do next in this routine is up to you, depending on what Responsibilities and Objectives you may have.

"Remember, there are no two routines that are exactly alike."

Change - Define things

Repertoire is a list or set of creative works which a company or person is prepared to perform.

Recursion is the process of repeating items in a self-similar way.

Like in the movie Total Recall,, what would you use to remind yourself of the type of person you were? What tools or techniques would you use to confirm what is real and what is not real?

Who would you trust? Who would you believe? Who are you?

How do you start everyday with that same wonderful feeling, that feeling of pleasure that you get when you experience something new for the first time...When you first wake up, remember that feeling...Is everything related to what we remember? It seems our Memory is more then just a tool.

Behavior Daily Routines - Behaviors - Learning Methods - Child Development

Living by someone else's schedule, or being out of your element, may make you feel uncomfortable, and you may also find it hard to adjust to this new environment. Especially when the new environment is more physically or mentally demanding. You have to find ways to adjust and be more prepared for when you know that you're going to be out of your normal schedule. Like training for a long hike, or studying for a test, the more prepared you are, the less stress you will feel and the better your experience will be. That goes for everything in life. And it's hard to describe the effects of a new environment until you have returned to your normal environment and have understood the differences, whether they are bad or good. There is efficiency and effectiveness in having a personal routine, but they can also have a downside when we have to adjust to a new schedule, or adjust to a new environment or routine. So how long does it take to adjust to a new environment, or a new routine, or a new schedule? When will things feel normal again? The time it takes will very from person to person. But you should know how long it takes for you to adjust, this way you are more prepared for the reality of a new situation.

Daily Chores Review dreams that you can remember having during last nights sleep. Document and Analyze your dreams if needed.

Breath

Before you even put one foot on the floor, stretch your body as wide as possible when laying in your bed.

Rise out of Bed. Power pose, arms up in a V Star Exercise, Smile, and then close your eyes, and now smile on the inside. (you can also do this several times a day).

Release all tension from your face, and then the rest of your body. Release all negative energy from your body. (do this several times a day) Release all tension from your face when lying in bed and avoid grinding your teeth. When you do release tension form your face you must understand why you were tense? What thoughts made you feel stressed? And the reason for stress may not be the original thoughts that started the stress. When you're unhappy, then you are more susceptible to unhappy thoughts. One sad memory leads to the next, one worry leads to the next. So that is why you need to be aware of how you feel several times a day. A systems check is essential to controlling thoughts and feelings so that you are more alert, more balanced, and in a better mood. Muscles of the body sometimes remain semi-contracted for an extended period. Muscle tension is typically caused by the physiological effects of stress.

Productivity Manifesto Structure: You have to have some kind of structure in your life. A job does not give a person's life structure, even though a job could have structure, a job is mostly about responsibilities. If you want to have structure in your life you need to create structure yourself, no single outside influence can give a person structure. Structure comes from defining your most important responsibilities that you have for maintaining a healthy mind and body, and than balancing those responsibilities with all the other responsibilities that you have in your life, like family, friends, school and working. Run your life like a business, but remember, your life is the most important business. Life needs balance. So you will need the skills and the knowledge to maintain that balance. You want to get things done effectively and efficiently without sacrificing your mind and body. In order to do this you need to take regular breaks and work smarter, not harder. Prioritize, intelligently plan your day, make the schedule for your day, make goals, and write your to do lists. Learn to focus, learn to discipline yourself, learn time management. Think of creative ways to get things done. Create effective methods for accomplishing tasks. Set the rules that help maintain focus and help avoid interruptions.

Learn to approach problems intelligently.

I know that I have a lot of things to do each day, and I know that I have a lot of things to think about each day. But that's no excuse for not experiencing more moments of happiness during the day. I know that feeling stressed out does not make me more productive or make me more focused. But I don't want happiness to give me a false sense of security or make me feel complacent.

My Productive 5am Morning Routine - (Hitomi Mochizukie) (youtube)

Time Management doesn't have to be boring or mundane. And no one is saying that you have to give up being spontaneous. So incorporating more happiness into your life can easily be done. Smile big, take a deep breath. and remember that you can't do everything. But you do need to take a few breaks from everything for a few moments each day. Your life needs balance, a moment of reflection, a moment of appreciation, a moment of relaxation, a moment of regeneration, a moment with earth. So now I will make it a habit to feel happier more often during the day. I will also make it a habit not to feel stressed out about things. I will just do what needs to be done, logically, responsibly, orderly, timely, and happily.

"Starting your day thinking positive can may make all the difference in having a good day." "When you wake up, Smile Big."

20 Minutes - 2 Minute Rule - 1 Minute Principle

20 Minute Blocks - If you can set aside 20 minutes each day for a task, and commit yourself to completing that task, you can accomplish something that's beneficial and rewarding, which could put you in a good mood and motivate you to accomplish more beneficial tasks.

These are Some of the Things that you can do for 20 Minutes Each Day. Exercise for 20 minutes each day, and have verity in your workouts. Meditate or take a break to do some free thinking for 20 minutes each day. Spend time in silence or someplace quite if you can. Spend 20 minutes each day keeping in touch with friends, family and co-workers. Spend 20 minutes a day learning something valuable and learning new knowledge that will increase your understanding of yourself and the world around you. Spend 20 minutes a day organizing things to do, evaluating your responsibilities, and going over routines that you are currently doing regularly, and so on. Spend 20 minutes a day practicing self-control, practice focusing, and learning a new skill or hobby.

Even if you spend just 5 minutes a day on a task, you can still benefit, especially if you spend a little time organizing just some of your responsibilities, you could save time in the future. And if you can do all these things, that adds up to only 2 hours and 20 minutes each day. And if you sleep for 8 hours each day, that leaves you with 13.5 hours to do anything else that you need to do, like work, socialize, travel, have fun, eat, clean, and so on. The key is commitment.

2 Minute Rule (Changing Habits) - Mindful - 2 Minute Meditation.

1 Minute Principle. Japanese technique against laziness is the Principle Of 1 Minute. This is a great technique for starting out slowly so that you don't get discouraged. Engaged in a certain activity for exactly one minute everyday at the same time. the activity can be directed towards a goal or to break a habit. You can gradually increase from one minute to five-minutes and eventually for one half-hour. You now have a new routine and discipline.

20 Minute a Day Training (10,000 Hour Rule) - 80/20 Rule

Not every moment of every day needs to be scheduled. Positive Progression. I only have so much time.

Sometimes you need to mix it up. You need to take a break from your routine and do something different. You have to unplug every now and then. Pretend that you have no electricity, or pretend that there is no internet or phone, or no car. What would you do differently? Are you prepared to adapt to new challenges?

When you feel that there's nothing that you can do, that is when you are the most vulnerable to depression. There's always something positive to do. Don't let inconveniences slow you down or let things distract you, or make you forget about other choices and other options you have. When you lose someone or lose something, you need to adapt to a new situation. Prepare yourself by making a list. Like what to do during a power outage. Don't freak out because there's no power, you have other choices and other options. That is why having a plan is so important. You need to remind yourself that all is not lost, and that you will always have something else to do. When experiencing a crisis, remember your values, your goals and your friends.

Affirmations - Mantras - Words to Live By

Mantra is a sacred utterance, a numinous sound, a syllable, word or phonemes, or group of words in Sanskrit believed by practitioners to have psychological and spiritual powers. A mantra may or may not have syntactic structure or literal meaning.

Affirmations is the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment.

Not just words, but highly receptive and descriptive thoughts that the subconscious receives and interprets.

Every thought you have, and every word you say is an affirmation. So if your thoughts and words are filled with anger, resentment or sadness, then you will feel anger, resentment or sadness. Softly Spoken Words with Relaxing Meditation Sounds

Mini-Mantra Sample (audio mp3 file) - Before Sleeping or when needed.

Let us stop and pause for a moment and just feel 'Beautiful'. Imagine that you're filled with so much happiness that you can't help but smile and giggle just a little, you feel amazing. You can feel the presence of love rushing through every vein in your body, you feel like you're suspended in time, and that you're at the center of the Universe.

Now take a Deep Breath, feel the air as it fills your lungs, and then slowly release the air gently through your mouth.

Imagine that your on the verge of knowing every thing that there is to know, and that you're anticipating an enlightenment of pure energy. You patiently wait with an overwhelming feeling of wonder and admiration, you embrace this feeling, holding it close so as to never let it go.

Life is truly amazing. We should always take a couple of moments of each day to reconnect with life. Let your Life be a reminder of all the love that is in your heart and that there's a light inside you that is so bright and so radiantly beautiful, that it could never be subdued or overcome. You are alive for a reason.

Live, Learn, Love and Progress.

Your heart is your personal sanctuary. Only certain people are allowed to get close enough to touch your heart, and if they know how to touch gently enough, then you can let them into your heart. But as soon as someone causes pain, they are no longer allowed in your heart, and they must start over again from the beginning. If a person is nice on more then one occasion, then you can let them get close to your heart. But don't let them know how close they are until you are ready to let them in.

Live, Learn, Love and Progress.

I can't do everything, but I can do as many things as I can, especially important things and things that count. And the things that I can do, I will do them well. I can't say yes to everything or say no to everything, but I can say yes to things that are important and say no to things that are not important. I can't think of everything, but the things I do think about, I can think about them carefully. I can't be aware of everything, but I can learn to be aware of a lot of things, especially things that are important. I can't help everyone, but I can help as many people as I can, especially the people who can also help others. I understand that I can't control everything in my world, but I can do my best to control as many things as I can. I know that I can't be prepared for everything that happens, but I can do my best to be prepared for as many things as I can. I understand that I could never know everything I wish to know, but I can do my best to know as many things as I can. I know that there are no guarantees in life, but I can do my best to play the odds as best as I can. I can't agree with everything that people do or say, but I can agree to talk with people about the things that we don't agree on. I can love everyone, but I can't expect everyone to love me.

I can't say that I'm the captain of my soul, because I can't be aware of everything or control everything. What I can say is that I am trying to control as many things as I can. I can take the responsibility of a captain, and I can be responsible for my soul, but I can't be totally in control because there are many things I still don't know. So as the interim captain of my soul, I must never stop learning.

Personal Mantra - My Mission - Paradox of Our Time

I will not worry about things to come, I will just do what needs to be done when that time has come. It's best that I work on my priorities and the problems at hand, and stop dreading over the horrors that are written in the sand. I understand that I can't do all the things that I wish to do, but I will do my best to do as many things as I can do.

Live, Learn, Love and Progress.

Love should be emanating from you at all times. It's your gift, it's your power, embrace it.

Your body and mind maintenance responsibilities include..Getting enough sleep, eating healthy, exercising 3 or 4 times a week, taking breaks when necessary, and practicing awareness.

Live, Learn, Love and Progress.

20 Minutes

Lets talk about our daily routines, things that we would like to be second nature to us.

Let's start with the moment we awake after sleeping. Let us Review the dreams that we had last night, if you can remember enough details about your dreams, then Document and Analyze your dreams if needed.

Take a breath and Breathe, you're alive. you're alive.

Before you get out of bed to start your day, stretch your body as wide as possible.
Now totally relax your face and release all the tension from your face and body.
You should do this several times a day to make sure there is no tension or stress.
The more we are aware of the tension in our body, the more we can relax and relieve stress.

You should Avoid grinding your teeth. Being aware of bad habits is the first step to controlling them.

Now Rise out of Bed. do a power pose, now stretch your arms up in a V Star Exercise,
Smile, and then close your eyes, and now smile on the inside.
You should also do this several times a day, a quick way of reconnecting and reminding yourself to be aware.

Now that you're out of bed, Be aware, what do you see, what do you hear, what do you smell, what do you feel?

Ask yourself, What will I learn today?

Things to Remember - Remember that your memory is an amazing gift, use it wisely, for it has unlimited potential.

Remember Why You're Here - Remember Your Mission

When you feel like quitting, just remember why you started. You have a mission. You have a purpose. You have a life. You have chosen something to do that is extremely important. Your legacy is what you were born to do. It's your heart and soul, it's your inspiration, it's your determination, it's your reason to live and your reason to give. The reason why you know so much is because other people preserved knowledge and shared knowledge. This makes you the beneficiary, and now you are the benefactor. Educating people is the highest of all callings. Educating people is not for praise, education is an expression of love. A love for life, a love for people, a love for earth, a love for God.
