Sexual
Misconduct is any
misconduct of a sexual nature that is of lesser
offense than
felony sexual assault such as
rape and
molestation,
particularly where the situation is normally non-sexual and therefore
unusual for sexual behavior, or where there is some aspect of personal
power or authority that makes sexual behavior inappropriate. A common
theme, and the reason for the term misconduct, is that these
violations
occur during work or in a situation of a power imbalance. It is a legal
concept to frame offenses which are non-criminal but nevertheless
violating of another person's personal boundary in the area of sexuality
and intimate personal relationships. Sexual misconduct is often
perpetrated against an individual
without their consent or where the power
dynamics of the relationship are being challenged in an effort to redefine
the nature or form of consent necessary in a given circumstance. The
alleged misconduct can be of various degrees, such as exposure of
genitals, assault, aggressive come-ons, pleading, or even inattentiveness
to nonverbal cues of discomfort. The "definition of sexual misconduct is
far from clear" and it is a "lay term, sometimes used in institutional
policies or by professional bodies", to deal with cases marked by power
imbalance, coercion, and predatory behavior."

Subtle Sexual Harassment is a behavior but not a
legal term. It is
unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature that if allowed to continue
could create a QUID PRO QUO and/or a
Hostile Work Environment for the
recipient. For example, unwelcome sexual comments, jokes, innuendoes.
Quid Pro Quo Harassment is when employment and/or employment decisions
for an employee are based on that
employees' acceptance or rejection
of unwelcome sexual behavior. For example, a supervisor fires an
employee because that employee will not go out with him or her.
Bribery.
Hostile Work Environment is a work environment created by unwelcome sexual
behavior or behavior directed at an
employee because of that
employee's sex that is offensive,
hostile and/or intimidating and that
adversely affects that employee's ability to do his or her job. For
example, pervasive unwelcome sexual comments or jokes that continue even
though the recipient has indicated that those behaviors are unwelcome.
Sexism is an attitude of a person of one sex that he or she is
superior to a person of the other sex. For example, a man thinks that
women are too emotional. Or a woman thinks that men are chauvinists.

Sex Discrimination is ignorant behavior
that
occurs when employment decisions are based on an employees sex or when an
employee is treated differently because of his or her sex. For example, a
female supervisor always asks the male employees, in a coed workplace, to
move the boxes of computer paper. Or, a male supervisor always asks the
female employees, in a coed workplace to plan office parties.
Prejudice.
Sexual Discrimination
is
discrimination against a person or group on the basis of their sexual
orientation or sexual behavior. It usually refers to a predisposition
towards heterosexual people, which is
biased against lesbian, gay, bisexual, and asexual people, among
others.
Pink Tax
is a phenomenon often attributed as a form of
gender-based price
discrimination, with the name stemming from the observation that many
of the affected products are pink. Products marketed specifically toward
women are generally more expensive than those marketed for men, despite
either gender's choice to purchase either product. The NYC Department of
Consumer Affairs conducted a study that concludes that women's products
are typically more expensive than men's for often reasonable cause. There
are many causes of this discrepancy, including the tampon tax, product
differentiation, and the belief that women are less price elastic than
men. Products marketed specifically toward women cost on average 7% more
than products marketed toward men, according to a New York City Department
of Consumer Affairs study.
Sextortion is a form of sexual
exploitation that employs
non-physical forms of
coercion to
extort sexual favors from the victim. Sextortion refers to the broad category of
sexual exploitation in which
abuse of power is the means of coercion, as well as to the category of
sexual exploitation in which threatened release of sexual images or
information is the means of
coercion.
Examples of such abuses of power include: government officials who request
sexual favors to obtain licenses or permits, teachers who trade good
grades for sex with students, and employers who make providing sexual
favors a condition of obtaining a job. extortion also refers to a form of
blackmail in which sexual information or images are used to extort sexual
favors from the victim. Social media and text messages are often the
source of the sexual material and the threatened means of sharing it with
others. An example of this type of sextortion is where people are extorted
with a nude image of themselves they shared on the Internet through
sexting. They are later coerced into performing sexual acts with the
person doing the extorting or are coerced into posing or performing
sexually on camera, thus producing hardcore pornography.
Revenge Porn
revealing or
sexually explicit images
or
videos of a person posted on the
internet, typically by a former sexual partner,
without the consent of the
subject and in order to cause them distress or embarrassment. Revenge porn
is the distribution of sexually explicit images or videos of individuals
without their consent. The sexually explicit images or video may be made
by a partner in an intimate relationship with the knowledge and consent of
the subject at the time, or it may be made without their knowledge. Not
infrequently the victim (male or female) has been subjected to
sexual violence, often facilitated by narcotics (rape
drugs) which also cause a reduced sense of pain, involvement in the
dissolved sexual act, dissociative effects and amnesia. The possession of
the material may be used by the perpetrators to blackmail the subjects
into performing other sex acts, to coerce them into continuing the
relationship or to punish them for ending the relationship (in case of
relationship), to silence them, to destroy their reputation, and/or for
financial gain.

Oct 27, 2020 (video) - At the British Summer Time Festival in 2017, a
man placed a phone between Gina Martin’s legs, took photos just inches
away from her crotch and proceeded to share these images with his friends.
Angered by a lack of response from the authorities, Gina took to social
media to document her experience creating viral posts and an online
petition receiving 50,000 signatures with cross-party support. As a
political novice from a working-class background, it took years of
juggling politics and activism, before Gina was finally successful in
adding upskirting to the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Upskirt
is the practice of
taking non-consensual
photographs under a person's skirt or kilt, capturing an image of
the crotch area, underwear, and sometimes genitalia. An upskirt is a
photograph, video, or illustration which incorporates an image made by
upskirting, although the term may also be used to refer to the area inside
a skirt, usually from below and while being worn. The practice is regarded
as a form of sexual fetishism or voyeurism and is similar in nature to
downblouse photography. The ethical and legal issue relating to upskirt
and downblouse photography is one of a reasonable expectation of privacy,
even in a public place.
Rape - Sexual Assault
Rape is a
type of sexual assault usually involving
sexual intercourse or other forms
of sexual penetration perpetrated against a person without that person's
consent. The act may be
carried out by physical force, coercion,
abuse of authority or against a
person who is incapable of giving valid
consent, such as one who is
unconscious, incapacitated, has an intellectual disability or is below the
legal age of consent. The term rape is sometimes used interchangeably with
the term sexual assault.
Kidnaped.
Statutory Rape is sexual activity in which one of the
individuals is below the age required to legally consent to the behavior.
Although it usually refers to adults engaging in sex with minors under the
age of
consent.
Sexual
Assault is a sexual act in which a person is coerced or
physically forced to engage against their will, or non-consensual sexual
touching of a person. Sexual assault is a form of sexual
violence, and it
includes rape (such as forced vaginal, anal or oral penetration or drug
facilitated sexual assault), groping, child sexual abuse, or the torture
of the person in a sexual manner.

Serial Rapist is
a rapist who rapes more than one person over a period of time. Some serial
rapists target children. "
Sexual predator", "Repeat Rape" and "Multiple

a number of consecutive rapes, but remain unprosecuted when self-reported
in research. Others will commit their assaults in prisons. In some
instances, a group of serial rapists will work together. These rapists can
have a pattern of behavior that is sometimes used to predict their
activities and aid in their arrest and conviction. Serial rapists also
differ from one time offenders because "serial rapists more often involved
kidnapping, verbally and physically threatening the victims, and using or
threatening the use of
weapons."

Alcohol and Sex
deals with the effects of the consumption of
alcohol on sexual behavior.
The effects of alcohol are balanced between its suppressive effects on
sexual physiology, which will decrease sexual activity, and its
suppression of psychological inhibitions, which may increase the desire
for sex. Alcohol is a depressant. After consumption, alcohol causes the
body’s systems to slow down. Often, feelings of drunkenness are associated
with elation and happiness but other feelings of anger or depression can
arise. Balance, judgment, and coordination are also negatively affected.
One of the most significant short term side effects of alcohol is reduced
inhibition. Reduced inhibitions can lead to an increase in sexual
behavior.

Violence
Against Women are violent acts the victims of which are primarily or
exclusively women or girls. Such violence is often considered a form of
hate crime, committed against women or girls specifically because they are
female, and can take many forms. VAW has a very long history, though the
incidents and intensity of such violence has varied over time and even
today varies between societies. Such violence is often seen as a mechanism
for the subjugation of women, whether in society in general or in an
interpersonal relationship. Such violence may arise from a sense of
entitlement, superiority, misogyny or similar attitudes in the
perpetrator, or because of his violent nature, especially against women.
The
UN Declaration on the Elimination of Violence Against Women states,
"violence against women is a manifestation of historically unequal power
relations between men and women" and "violence against women is one of the
crucial social mechanisms by which women are forced into a subordinate
position compared with men." Kofi Annan, Secretary-General of the United
Nations, declared in a 2006 report posted on the United Nations
Development Fund for Women (UNIFEM) website: Violence against women and
girls is a problem of pandemic proportions. At least one out of every
three women around the world has been beaten, coerced into sex, or
otherwise abused in her lifetime with the abuser usually someone known to
her.

Here Are 59 Ideas On How To Stop The Violence
against Women
1. “Treat choking as
the serious crime it is. Choking/strangling the victim
is one of the top indicators of future homicide.” — Kim
Gandy, CEO of the National Network To End Domestic
Violence.
2. “Create a national
domestic violence registry, like the sex offender
registry. Because the recidivism rate is so high.” —
Kimberly Brusk, domestic violence survivor.
3. “A lethality
assessment protocol, used to determine how much danger a
domestic violence victim is in, should be utilized
across the U.S. Results should inform sentencing and
treatment guidelines. Police and court officials should
undergo training to understand lethality factors.” —
Nicole Beverly, domestic violence survivor.
4. “Relocation
services and assistance for victims with high lethality
risk, with a change of identity similar to current
witness protection programs.” — Nicole Beverly, domestic
violence survivor.
5. “We need to do what
the U.K. did and make psychological abuse a crime. Just
because one was never hit, doesn’t mean you’re not a
victim too.” — Jennifer Tetefsky, domestic violence
survivor.
6. “A system of
detaining and monitoring the abuser rather than the
victim having to drop everything and go to a shelter
would afford greater safety. The victim still needs to
go to work, still needs her kids to be in school, and
those are both huge exposures to lethal violence. Remove
the threat, not the threatened.” — Lisette Johnson,
domestic violence survivor.
7. “An electronic
monitoring system where victims are alerted when their
abusers who are on parole or probation are in their
vicinity.” — Nicole Beverly, domestic violence survivor.
8. “Stricter penalties
for repeat offenders.” — Barb Weems-Mourglia, domestic
violence advocate.
9. “Law enforcement
should arrest abusers when they violate restraining
orders.” — Kate Ranta, domestic violence survivor.
10. “Better
communication across counties and states with law
enforcement, prisons, jails, court systems and treatment
providers regarding information about abusers. Perhaps a
central monitoring system?” — Nicole Beverly, domestic
violence survivor.
11. “Harsher
consequences for stalking, harassment, ongoing emotional
and verbal abuse.” — Kate Ranta, domestic violence
survivor.
12. “Make non-fatal
strangulation a felony in Ohio.” — Amy Weber, lost a
family member to domestic violence homicide.
13. “Judges: When a
victim is asking for a permanent restraining order,
grant it!” — Kate Ranta, domestic violence and gun
violence survivor.
14. “Do not force
victims to be in the same courtroom as abusers. Allow
for testimony to be taken separately and safely.” — Kate Ranta, domestic violence and gun violence survivor.
15. Annual domestic
violence training for police officers and court
officials incorporating victim impact stories to put a
face on the issue that they often become numb to.” —
Nicole Beverly, domestic violence survivor Gun safety
reforms.
16. “Recognize that
one of the most dangerous times for victims is when they
are trying to leave the abusive relationship, or have
already left. Make it easy to get a temporary
restraining order, and remove firearms (and prevent gun
purchases) during that danger period.” — Kim Gandy, CEO
of the National Network To End Domestic Violence.
17. Congress should
close the loopholes in the federal gun prohibitions to
ensure that stalkers and [abusive] dating partners are
barred from gun ownership, just like other dangerous
abusers. — Everytown for Gun Safety.
18. Every state in the
nation should prohibit possession of firearms by anyone
convicted of abusing an intimate partner or family
member. And every state should prohibit gun possession
by anyone subject to a protective order prohibiting them
from harassing, threatening or stalking an intimate
partner or family member. — Everytown for Gun Safety.
19. “Require police
departments to investigate if domestic abusers are
prohibited from owning guns, or [have the police] be
subject to serious fines and imprisonment if their lack
of proper investigation results in a shooting.” —
Jennifer Tetefsky, domestic violence survivor.
20. States should
provide all records of prohibited abusers to the
National Instant Criminal Background Check System, or NICS. — Center for American Progress.
21. Congress should
require comprehensive background checks and ensure that
prohibited domestic abusers cannot easily evade
background checks by buying guns from unlicensed
sellers. — Everytown for Gun Safety.
22. There are 46
percent fewer intimate partner gun homicides of women in
states that require background checks for private
handgun sales than in states that do not. State
lawmakers should require private, unlicensed sellers to
conduct background checks on gun sales, just as licensed
gun dealers do. — Everytown for Gun Safety.
23. States should pass
laws requiring that domestic abusers turn in their guns
to law enforcement or licensed gun dealers when they
become prohibited. — Everytown for Gun Safety Financial
assistance.
24. Research shows
that domestic violence victims do indeed lack adequate
access to affordable legal services. What about

they can become economically independent.” — Ludy Green,
domestic violence expert.
27. “Abusers mandated
to pay into a pool that gives rental assistance to
victims, so fewer become homeless because of domestic
violence.” — Barb Weems-Mourglia, domestic violence
advocate.
28. “Domestic violence
is the third leading cause of homelessness among
families nationwide, according to the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development. Due to a critical lack of
affordable housing, families in domestic violence
shelters typically have no safe, affordable options and
are unable to leave shelter. Moving victims and their
children as quickly as possible into safe, affordable
housing reduces the trauma of domestic violence, the
disruption of children’s lives, and increased cost to
the public sector to house a family in a shelter.” —
Carol Corden, executive director of New Destiny Housing.
29. “My situation was
one of abandoning rights to marital property if I left
the house. I was shot while we were working out who
would leave. In situations of abuse, partners should be
protected from any forfeiture of marital property.” — Lisette Johnson, domestic violence survivor.
30. “Allow victims to

continuing to miss work every time court is postponed.”
— Nicole Beverly, domestic violence survivor Education

31. “Education in
elementary schools. Little boys need to know that daddy
pushing mommy around is not normal, and availability to
a counselor should be there if a child wants to talk
about their home life to someone.” — Anonymous.
32. “Funding for
domestic violence education at every high school in our
nation. Teach our youth about red flags and not being a
bystander. It truly makes a difference.” — Nicole
Beverly, domestic violence survivor.
33. “Attitudes need to
change toward the victims of domestic violence. Many
people still feel like the woman should ‘just leave.’
The problem is they don’t understand how dangerous it is
to leave. The most volatile time is when the victim
tries to separate.” — Lisa Riveglia Rasmussen, domestic
violence survivor.
34. “All EMS personnel
should be required to have training on intimate partner
violence dynamics and community resources. There is a
significant gap in services to victims without that
mandate.” — Karen Oehme, the Institute for Family
Violence Studies at Florida State’s School of Social
Work.
35. “More needs to be
talked about in terms of signs of manipulation and
power/control in the mass media. When there’s no blood
it’s just not ‘sexy’ or dramatic enough to make the
news.” — Jennifer Tetefsky, domestic violence survivor
36. “We need more
education about financial abuse. My ex-husband verbally
and psychologically abused me for years. He
systematically broke down my psyche until I could barely
decide between wheat or rye on a sandwich without
talking to him about it. Then, for six months on an
almost daily basis, he worked to convince me that I was
a bad parent because I was working 20 hours a week, 15
minutes from home. Once I left the best job I ever had,
he had me totally under his control.” — Anonymous
domestic violence survivor.
37. “Become educated

violence versus it being legit. To shut up those who
believe women lie about abuse.” — Kate Ranta, domestic

40. “In my first
domestic violence case as a young lawyer, a client was
shot by her estranged husband when he arrived for
visitation exchange. Courts must stop forcing victims to
share custody, legal or physical, with an abuser (who
will doubtless use the child to punish her for leaving,
and maintain power and control over her), and must not
require the victim to be alone with the abuser for
visitation exchange.” — Kim Gandy, CEO of the National
Network To End Domestic Violence.
41. “Immediate divorce
granted for victims nationwide. It’s currently state by
state, with most not immediate. I was made to wait until
after his prison sentencing (14 months) to get my
divorce trial.” — Kimberly Brusk, domestic violence
survivor.
42. “Never require
divorce mediation in cases of domestic violence.” —
Nicole Beverly, domestic violence survivor.
43. “Separate CPS

violence survivor.
44. “Require intensive
domestic violence training for guardian ad litems and
child protective services.” — Kate Ranta, domestic

45. “A place to leave

shelters won’t take them. So many won’t leave because
abusers will kill their pets.” — Jennifer Tetefsky,

47. “San Francisco was
able to eliminate domestic violence homicides for 44
months. Domestic violence victims who access
community-based services are less likely to be killed.
We must ensure that there are funded community-based
services that are accessible to all the various
communities in an area, regardless of race, ethnicity,
religion, language, immigration status, sexual
orientation and disability.
City agencies must
also be willing to come together with community-based
agencies to identify gaps and weaknesses, so that the
response both from government and non-governmental
agencies is continuously being analyzed and improved.” —
Minouche Kandel, Esq., Women’s Policy Director, City &
County of San Francisco.
48. “An interconnected
system to research shelters and specific services.” —
Jennifer Tetefsky, domestic violence survivor.
49. “Career training
for survivors of domestic violence is a crucial part of
their successful journey to self-sufficiency and freedom
from abuse. Our staff regularly encounter cases where
abusers exert financial controls to intimidate and
isolate their victims, including limiting access to bank
accounts and preventing them from pursuing education and
career opportunities. Our Economic Empowerment Program,
a replicable workforce training initiative, was created
to address the needs of survivors living in the nexus of
abuse, poverty and homelessness, and has helped hundreds
of survivors learn marketable skills and obtain living
wage jobs since it began in 2011.” — Judge Judy Harris Kluger, director of Sanctuary For Families.
50. “Don’t deny people
access to shelters because of drug use or sex work.” — Hilary Hanson, HuffPost reporter.
51. “More money for
domestic violence shelters. Each year, the National
Network to End Domestic Violence does a one-day survey
of domestic violence programs nationwide to calculate
how many people are accessing help. On a single day in
2015, 71,828 victims were served across the country.
Yet, 12,197 requests for help went unmet because of lack
of funding.” — Kim
Gandy, CEO of the
National Network To End Domestic Violence.
52. Invest in
treatment programs for children who have witnessed or
experienced violence. — Futures Without Violence.
53. Invest in
treatment programs for men and boys who use violence in
relationships. — Futures Without Violence Workplace.
54. Paid sick days and
paid family leave laws and policies are essential. It is
also crucial for the leave to extend explicitly to
survivors of violence. Women comprise two-thirds of
minimum wage earners and are disproportionately subject
to violence and stalking both in and outside the
workplace. Most low-wage jobs, unlike many office or
white-collar jobs, don’t come with paid leave, health
insurance, or other benefits.
Missing work means not
getting paid and the very real risk of getting fired. In
the aftermath of a traumatizing assault or frightening
stalking incident, a worker may need to go to the
police, to court, or to the doctor. Employers can and
should be first in line to provide support and
protection to their workers — not punishments that
further jeopardize their safety and economic security. —
Futures Without Violence.
55. “More companies
should offer paid domestic violence days if a victim has
to attend court or is out because of an attack (this was
a big one for me).” — Lovern Gordon, domestic violence
survivor.
56. “Laws to protect
domestic violence victims from losing their jobs.” —
Melissa Saporito, domestic violence survivor.
57. Public agencies
should receive a fine for decisions that put victims at
increased risk. — Futures Without Violence.
58. Employers should
develop and implement workplace policies/protocols that
specifically address domestic and sexual violence and
stalking. According to the U.S. Department of Labor,
more than 70 percent of U.S. workplaces don’t have a
formal program or policy that addresses workplace
violence. Most employers don’t think about violence
affecting their employees until an incident occurs at
the workplace. Rather than reacting to specific
incidents, workplaces should adopt a more comprehensive
approach. They can do this by focusing on protections
and policies that create a culture of prevention? — ?not
reaction. — Futures Without Violence.
59. Educate and train
company leaders and employees. Employers should ensure that employees,
including those in supervisory roles, know how to identify an employee who
has experienced violence, and what resources are available for assistance.
— Futures Without Violence.

Protective Order
-
Restraining Order
In the U.S. across the year 2008, courts issued an
estimated 1.7 million domestic-violence restraining
orders. On any given day in 2008, an estimated 1.2
million domestic-violence restraining orders were
active. According to the FBI, between 600,000 and
700,000 records of permanent orders are entered
annually into the NCIC registry.
National Crime Information Center (NCIC).
Research suggests that restraining orders are
between 40 and 80 percent effective in deterring
future incidents of abuse in the year after
obtaining the order.
Do Protection Orders Protect?
2010 should be another bumper year for temporary
restraining orders, with 2 million to 3 million
likely to be issued. Carrying a cost of roughly
$2,000 apiece, this will ultimately cost taxpayers
at least $4 billion

Another good reason why sex education needs to start before high

Men need to be taught not to rape women, and women need to be

peoples rights to be
protected, but you don't want someone to get away with
committing a crime either. Remove the rapist from school, but do
not deny them an education. And if the victim wants to transfer
to another school, then that school should pay for the transfer.

Sexual
Slavery is slavery for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
Sexual slavery may involve single-owner sexual slavery; ritual slavery,
sometimes, associated with certain religious practices, such as ritual
servitude slavery for primarily non-sexual purposes but where
non-consensual sexual activity is common; or forced
prostitution.
Slavery is
forcing a person to do things against their own
free will and
sovereignty, usually under
threat of violence,
bondage,
debt or other
punishment, or by
manipulating and exploiting a persons ignorance or lack of knowledge. So a
person can be enslaved and not even know it, and end up doing things that
are not even necessary or do things that only benefit a few people.
slavery is a
human rights violation because
it robs a person of their freedoms and liberties.
slavery is the result of
criminal behavior that comes
mostly from ignorant people who have wealth and power. But
slavery comes in many
forms. Slavery has been outlawed and is illegal in almost every country
around the world. But laws do not guarantee compliance. The only way to
guarantee compliance to to
improve education and improve the ways the
media is supposed to inform people.

Sex Offender - Pedophilia - Perversion - Sex Abuse
Sex
Offender is a person who has committed a
sex crime. What constitutes a
sex crime differs by culture and legal jurisdiction. Most jurisdictions
compile their laws into sections, such as traffic, assault, and
sexual. The majority of convicted sex offenders have
convictions for crimes of a sexual nature; however, some sex offenders
have simply violated a law contained in a sexual category. Some of the
crimes which usually result in a mandatory sex-offender classification
are: a second prostitution conviction, sending or receiving obscene
content in the form of SMS text messages (sexting), and relationship
between young adults and teenagers resulting in corruption of a minor (if
the age between them is greater than 1,060 days). If any sexual contact
was made by the adult to the minor, then child molestation has occurred.
Other serious offenses are sexual assault,
statutory rape, bestiality,
child sexual
abuse, female genital mutilation, incest, rape, and sexual
imposition. However, particularly sex offender registration laws in the
United States, may also classify less serious offenses as sexual offenses
requiring sex offender registration. In some states public urination,
having sex on a beach, or unlawful imprisonment of a minor also constitute
sexual offenses requiring registration. (sexual offender,
sex abuser, or
sexual abuser).
Molestation is
sexual assault
or abuse of a person, especially a woman or child. The action of pestering
or harassing someone in an aggressive or persistent manner.

Pedophilia is a
psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older
adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to
prepubescent children. Although girls typically begin the process of
puberty at age 10 or 11, and boys at age 11 or 12, criteria for pedophilia
extend the cut-off point for prepubescence to age 13. A person who is
diagnosed with pedophilia must be at least 16 years old, and at least five
years older than the prepubescent child, for the attraction to be
diagnosed as pedophilia.
Sexual Predator
is a person seen as obtaining or trying to obtain sexual contact with
another person in a metaphorically "
predatory" or abusive manner.
Analogous to how a
predator hunts down its prey, so the sexual predator is
thought to "

child sexual abuse, are commonly referred to as
sexual predators, particularly in tabloid media or as a

Child Grooming is befriending and
establishing an emotional connection
with a child, and sometimes the family, to lower the child's inhibitions
with the objective of sexual abuse. Child grooming is also regularly used
to
lure minors into various illicit businesses such as child trafficking,
child prostitution, or the production of child pornography.
Child Sexual Abuse is a form of
child abuse in which an adult or older
adolescent uses a child for sexual stimulation. Forms of child sexual
abuse include engaging in sexual activities with a child (whether by
asking or pressuring, or by other means), indecent exposure (of the
genitals, female nipples, etc.), child grooming, or using a child to
produce child pornography. How do you know if you have been

Sexual Abuse is
abusive sexual behavior by one person upon another. It is often
perpetrated using force or by taking advantage of another. When force is
immediate, of short duration, or infrequent, it is called
sexual assault. The offender is referred to as a sexual abuser or
(often pejoratively)
molester. The term
also covers any behavior by an adult or older adolescent towards a child
to stimulate any of the involved sexually. The use of a child, or other
individuals younger than the
age of
consent, for sexual stimulation is referred to as child sexual abuse
or statutory rape.

You have to let kids know that there are
bad people in the world, and if given the chance, those bad
people will or might hurt you for what ever reason. The good thing
is that there's not a lot of bad people in the world, even
though there are many bad people in power, there are still not a
lot of bad people in the world, mostly because people are born
good. But it's always a good idea to protect yourself and reduce
your risk and vulnerabilities to being victimized by bad people.
So you have to learn how to be aware and how to be prepared if
dangerous people cross your path. If you ever feel threaten or
in danger you must escape and get help. If you do end up getting
hurt in any way, you must understand that you will recover, as
most people do. Remember, no one can take your soul, your soul
is yours to keep. So stay strong, stay alert and play safe.
It's just not the lack of information and knowledge, it's when information becomes

Perverted it introduces numerous combinations of problems,
problems that normally wouldn't even exist...illogical
with an emphasis on "ill"....it's not just
that you're doing something that you don't need to do, you're
actually keeping yourself from doing the things that you really
need to do, so you're causing more damage than you think.

Perverted is showing or
appealing to bizarre or
Deviant tastes. Having an intended meaning altered
or misrepresented. Deviating from what is considered moral or right or
proper or good.
Corrupt morally or by intemperance or sensuality. Practice
sophistry; change the meaning of or be vague about in order to mislead or
deceive. Change the inherent purpose or function of something.
Perversion is a
type of
human behavior that deviates from that which is understood to be
orthodox or normal. Although the term perversion can refer to a variety of
forms of deviation, it is most often used to describe
sexual behaviors that are
considered particularly
abnormal, repulsive or
obsessive. Perversion
differs from deviant behavior, in that the latter covers areas of behavior
(such as petty crime) for which perversion would be too strong a term. It
is often considered derogatory, and, in psychological literature, the term
paraphilia has been used as a replacement, though this term is
controversial, and deviation is sometimes used in its place.
Reprobate is a a person
without moral
scruples that deviates from what is considered moral or right or proper or
good.
Zoophilia is a paraphilia involving a sexual fixation on non-human
animals.
Bestiality is cross-species sexual
activity between human and non-human animals. The terms are often used
interchangeably, but some researchers make a distinction between the
attraction (zoophilia) and the act (bestiality). Although sex with animals
is not outlawed in some countries, in most countries, bestiality is
illegal under animal abuse laws or laws dealing with buggery or crimes
against nature.
Non-Reproductive Sexual Behavior in Animals consists of sexual
activities animals participate in that do not lead to the reproduction of
the species.
Paraphilia or sexual perversion and sexual deviation is the experience
of
intense sexual arousal to atypical objects,
situations, fantasies, behaviors, or individuals. Such attraction may be
labeled sexual fetishism.

Atypical is something deviating from normal expectations and

Sex and the Law deals with the regulation by law of human sexual
activity. Sex laws vary from one place or jurisdiction to another, and
have varied over time, and
unlawful sexual acts are also called sex
crimes. Some laws regulating sexual activity are intended to protect one
or all participants, while others are intended to proscribe behavior that
has been defined as a crime. For example, a law may proscribe
unprotected sex if one person
knows that he or she has a sexual disease or to protect a minor; or it may
proscribe non-consensual sex, or because of a relationship between the
participants, etc. In general, laws may proscribe acts which are
considered either sexual abuse or behavior that societies consider to be
inappropriate and against the social norms. Sexual
abuse is unwanted sexual
contact between two or more adults or two or more minors, and, depending
on laws with regard to
age of
consent, sexual contact between an adult and a minor.
Circles of Support and Accountability are groups of volunteers with
professional supervision to support sex offenders as they reintegrate into
society after their release from
incarceration. Evaluations of CoSA indicate that participation in a
CoSA can result in statistically significant reductions in repeat sexual
offenses in 70% of cases, relative to what would be predicted by risk
assessment or matched comparison subjects. CoSA projects exist throughout
Canada, the United Kingdom, and some regions of the United State.
Decadence which at first meant simply "decline" in an abstract sense,
is now most often used to refer to a perceived decay in standards,
morals, dignity, religious
faith, or skill at governing among the members of the elite of a very
large social structure, such as an empire or nation state. By extension,
it may refer to a decline in art, literature, science, technology, and
work ethics, or (very loosely) to self-indulgent behavior.
Eternal Damnation is the state of being
condemned to eternal punishment in Hell. Express strong disapproval of and
to Reject as invalid.
Foibles is a behavioral
attribute that is distinctive and peculiar to an individual. A minor
weakness or eccentricity in someone's character.
Deviance in sociology describes an action or behavior that violates
social norms, including a formally enacted rule (e.g., crime) as well as
informal violations of social norms (e.g., rejecting folkways and mores).
Although deviance may have a negative connotation, the violation of social
norms is not always a negative action; positive deviation exists in some
situations. This is where the norm is violated, yet the behavior can still
be classified as positive or acceptable. It is the purview of
criminologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and sociologists to study
how these norms are created, how they change over time, and how they are
enforced.
Taboo is
a vehement prohibition of an action based on the belief that such behavior
is either too sacred or too accursed for ordinary individuals to
undertake. Such prohibitions are present in virtually all societies. On a
comparative basis taboos, for example related to food items, seem to make
no sense at all as what may be declared unfit for one group by custom or
religion may be perfectly acceptable to another. Whether scientifically
correct or not, taboos are often meant to protect the human individual,
but there are numerous other reasons for their existence.
Fixed
Fantasy is a belief or system of beliefs held by a single
individual to be genuine, but that cannot be verified in reality. The term
is typically applied to individuals suffering from some type of
psychiatric dysregulation, most often a personality disorder. The term is
also used in the different context of psychoanalysis to distinguish
between 'a normal transitory one and a fixed fantasy' with respect to the
phantasised 'fulfilment in conscious or unconscious thought of the
sexualised wish'.
Kink is the use of unconventional sexual practices, concepts
or fantasies. The term derives from the idea of a "bend" (cf. a "kink") in
one's sexual behaviour, to contrast such behaviour with "straight" or
"vanilla" sexual mores and proclivities. It is thus a colloquial term for
non-normative sexual behaviour. The term "kink" has been claimed by some
who practice sexual fetishism as a term or synonym for their practices,
indicating a range of sexual and sexualistic practices from playful to
sexual objectification and certain paraphilias. In the 21st century the
term "kink", along with expressions like BDSM, leather and fetish, has
become more commonly used than the term paraphilia. Some universities also
feature student organizations focused on kink, within the context of wider
LGBTI concerns. In this setting,
kink can be seen as one of the variations that make up the "Q" in LGBTQ.
Kink sexual practices go beyond what are considered conventional sexual
practices as a means of heightening the intimacy between sexual partners.
Some draw a distinction between kink and fetishism, defining the former as
enhancing partner intimacy, and the latter as replacing it. Because of its
relation to "normal" sexual boundaries, which themselves vary by time and
place, the definition of what is and is not kink varies widely as well.
When people experience intense sexual arousal to atypical
objects, situations, sounds, and so on, we see more problems.
Sexual Arousal should only come from your lover. A
misplaced
arousal makes true arousal towards your partner seem
insignificant and less meaningful. But
Brain
Plasticity tells us that there is no behavior that is
permanent. Permanency only happens when the person does nothing
to correct the behavior. Just because something is happening
inside of you, this doesn't make an arousal
true or accurate.
Control over your mind and body comes from being aware and
being more knowledgeable about the human brain and the
human body.
Every human is born with abilities, but if we don't use them, we
lose them. People have become slaves to their
impulses, unable
to exercise
control, controls that they were born with, but not
skilled enough to know how to use them effectively.
BDSM
is a variety of often erotic practices or
roleplaying involving bondage,
discipline,
dominance and
submission, sadomasochism, and other
related interpersonal dynamics. Given the wide range of practices, some of
which may be engaged in by people who do not consider themselves as
practicing BDSM, inclusion in the BDSM community or subculture is usually
dependent upon self-identification and shared experience.
Indecent Exposure -
Exploitation
(public displays).
Financial Domination is a sexual fetish, in particular a practice of
dominance and submission, where a submissive (
money
slave, finsub, pay pig, human ATM, or cash piggie) will give gifts and
money to a financial dominant (money mistress, findomme, money domme, cash
master, or findom).
Erotic Humiliation is
consensual
psychological humiliation performed in order to produce erotic excitement
or sexual arousal. This can be for either the person(s) being humiliated
and demeaned or the person(s) humiliating, or both. It is sometimes
performed before spectators, including pornography and webcam viewers. It
may be part of BDSM and other sexual roleplay, or accompanied by the
sexual stimulation of the genitals (or other erotic region) of one or both
parties in the activity.
Master/slave is a relationship in which one individual serves another
in an authority-exchange structured relationship. Unlike
Dominant/submissive structures found in BDSM in which love is often the
core value, service and obedience are often the core values in
Master/slave structures.
Dominatrix is a woman who takes the dominant role in BDSM activities.
A dominatrix might be of any sexual orientation, but her orientation does
not necessarily limit the genders of her submissive partners. The role of
a dominatrix may not even involve physical pain toward the submissive; her
domination can be verbal, involving humiliating tasks, or servitude. A
dominatrix is typically a paid professional (pro-domme) as the term
dominatrix is little-used within the non-professional BDSM scene.

Erotic Asphyxiation is the intentional restriction of oxygen
to the brain for the purposes of sexual arousal. This sexual practice is
variously called asphyxiophilia, autoerotic asphyxia, hypoxyphilia. The
term autoerotic asphyxiation is used when the act is done by a person to
themselves. Colloquially, a person engaging in the activity is sometimes
called a gasper. The erotic interest in asphyxiation is classified as a
paraphilia in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American
Psychiatric Association.

Googly Eyes are
also small plastic craft supplies used to imitate eyeballs. Googly eyes
traditionally are composed of a white plastic or card backing covered by a
clear, hard-plastic shell, encapsulating a black plastic disk. The
combination of a black circle over a white disk mimics the appearance of
the sclera and pupil of the eye to humorous effect. The inner black disk
is allowed to move freely within the larger clear plastic shell, which
makes the eyes appear to move when the googly eyes are tilted or shaken.

I noticed while in NYC that a lot of women were walking around
staring at their cellphones, which for me was nice because I
can gaze at them without them knowing, and it's also good for
women too because they don't have to make eye contact and feel awkward when ignorant
people like me are looking at them only because they're nice looking. It's sad for me, and sad for them, WTF are we doing?
2018 update. I noticed a decline in people walking while staring at their
cellphones.

If you encounter a black bear, do not make eye contact. If you make
eye contact, black bears will take this as an
act
of aggression. Breaking eye contact with an animal like a baboon,
will make the baboon perceive the person as non-threatening and might not
consider the person to be a threat. But if a wild animal doesn't think
that you are notice them, they might attack. If you see a cougar it's good
to stand up tall, looking the cat right in the eyes and backing away
slowly. Whatever you do, do not run away—that might trigger the cougar’s
instinct to chase its prey. With a dog, eye contact is important to a dog,
but you need to learn how to be respectful with our gaze and not stare.
Watching a dog's eyes can give you an idea what they are thinking and how
they are feeling.
I definitely
observe people a lot, for different reasons and in
different ways. I look at how they walk, I listen to how
they talk, and how they stand and sit. It's interesting to me. But some
people think that the reason that you're looking at them must be sexual or
devious in some way. It's like they have
never been around nice people before who actually pay attention to them.
Or it might be that they have been
manipulated by other people or manipulated by the media. Of course
there are
dangerous people in the world that
you should be aware of. But you can't be so
paranoid that you make
assumptions
or make
false accusations or
slander someone. You can't
expect people to stop being nice or friendly to other people just because
of some
ignorant people can't
take their minds out of the gutter and stop including other people in
their
perverted
imagination. I would not
judge anyone, and I would not blame people for this type ignorance,
especially if they have been a
victim of abuse or had a bad upbringing or a bad education. It's just sad
that some people can
jump to these crazy conclusions. But I do thank people for making me aware of
their ignorant
paranoia, I just hope that
they try not to make
a
profile out of it or make
it a habit. If you
see something than say
something, but just remember,
observation flaws happen
and your
eyes
may be lying to you.
It's sad to know that
being nice to some people or
giving
someone attention could be so misunderstood,
especially when that person
feels that you're being nice to them because they
assume that you want something from
them. I don't blame people for their ignorance, it's not their
fault. People should be aware, because
there are criminals who do take
advantage of people. So when someone does make a
false accusation, I don't
get mad at them, I forgive them. I just hope they educate themselves
more and stop making the world an ugly place. This is what I have learned,
be careful who you look at, be careful who
you talk to, be careful who you're nice to, be careful of what you say,
especially jokes, and
be careful
who you associate with. Ignorant scumbags can be extremely dangerous,
especially when they can accuse you of things that are completely false
and totally ignorant. People need to stop
Cherry Picking Data
and start living in reality. People are murdered just because of their religious
affiliation without ever being charged with a crime. Women were murdered just because some morons thought they
were witch's. And peoples lives were ruined by
McCarthyism just because
some scumbags thought that some people were communists, and they did this
own their own, and not in a court of law. Some people are so f*cked up in
the head and they don't even know it. They like to
blame people and point
the finger at anyone who fits their
paranoid delusions. So be
careful, be very careful, there are some f*cked up people out there in the
world who believe that its their right to be an asshole and talk shit and
spread
rumors about anyone they
don't like. This goes way beyond
slander, these scumbags are
criminals. And there are some people who are
jealous of other peoples
popularity. And they will say
or do ignorant things to discredit someone just because other people like
that person. Not to say that people should not know about certain facts
about another person, as long as they are facts and not just
hearsay. This is why people are
innocent until proven guilty, and the key
word here is
prove. Ignorant people
make assumptions and ignorant people
pretend to know things. So
the only thing that ignorant people prove is that they are extremely
dangerous, and not just ignorant.
Not all men are
sex-crazed maniacs, but most men do crave sex or have sexual cravings, as
most women do, but maybe not in the same way as men. You're looking at someone and they're looking at
you, so you keep looking at them, and then you see that they are still
looking at you, and now you are both wondering, why is this person looking
at me? Like a positive feedback loop, I'm only doing this because you are.

"You can't pretend to know what my eyes
see, all you can do is ask me what I'm looking at, and then you
have to ask what I'm thinking about, because what I'm looking at
might not even be related to what I'm thinking about, don't be a
presumptuous idiot."
When I do find myself staring at someone
or looking at something, it's mostly because
I found something interesting for some reason. I might
just be admiring a persons style or fashion sense, or just
appreciating their beauty or just curious about their behavior. It's kind of like when someone stares at a statue
or looks at a painting. But what if the statue or painting looked back at you and
said, "what are you staring at?" And I would say, "something interesting
and beautiful, but just on the outside of course".
And then I would say, "If my staring bothers you, I'm sorry to have bothered you, I meant you no harm. I
only meant to admire you, and not to steal your beauty in anyway. But just to let you
know, I'm beautiful on the inside, which means that I am also beautiful on
the outside, just not in the same way as you of course. But even a poison
plant can be beautiful. So if you are poisonous, I promise not to touch
you. I will only
admire you from a distance, with your permission of course." or I might
just say, "I wasn't looking at anything in particular, I was just looking
in that direction. My mind was somewhere else."
