Valid is something that is well grounded in logic that has evidence and proof
that confirms its accuracy.
Verified
is something that has bee proven and confirmed to be true. Verify is to
check or regulate by conducting a parallel scientific experiment or by
comparing something with another standard.
Value is having worth or benefits that
can be measured. Something that is very useful and of high quality.
View is the act of looking, seeing or
observing something within the range of the eye. To look and watch
something carefully and study mentally. View can also mean a personal
belief or judgment that is not founded on proof or certainty. A message
that expresses a belief about something but not substantiated by positive
knowledge or proof. A way of regarding situations or topics.
Visibility is the degree of something being
visible, perceptible and obvious by the eye, and capable of providing a
clear unobstructed view.
Vivid is
seeing something with clarity and in striking color that evokes lifelike
images within the mind.
Vague is
something that is not clearly understood or expressed and is lacking
clarity or distinctness that makes something difficult to determine or
distinguish.
Voice is the sound made
by vibrating vocal chords in the throat that are modified by the resonance
and pitch of the vocal tract which gives a person the ability to speak and
express in a coherent verbal form.
Verdict is the decision a jury makes
after reviewing and very carefully formulating all the evidence of a case
so they can submit an accurate and fair judgment that is based on the
facts presented in a court of law.
Victory is a successful
ending of a struggle or a contest.
Vote
is to express one's choice or preference for something or someone by
saying or writing yes or no, or by choosing one person and not the other
person. All votes are recorded and then all votes are counted to see how
many votes that were in favor something or against something, and the one
who gets the most votes wins, or the one who gets the majority of the
votes, wins. Voting is a legal right guaranteed by the 15th amendment to
the US Constitution.
Veto is a vote
that blocks a decision or prohibits or rejects a proposed or intended
action, indicating that they are against something and refuse to endorse
it by signing it into law.
Volley is
to hit a ball back to your opponent before it bounces or touches the
ground or is within the rules of the game. A good volley is when players
hit the ball back and fourth more then a few times in a row.
Vertical is something that
is straight up and down or in an upright position or posture. At right
angles to the plane of the horizon or a base line. Longitude lines go from
north to south. Vertical is the opposite of horizontal or latitude that
goes from east to west.
Velocity is the distance
travelled per unit of time and the speed of something or how fast something
moves.
Vitamin is a group of organic
substances that are essential in small quantities to normal metabolism and
human health.
Vegetable is an edible nutritious plant
with seeds, roots, stems, leaves, bulbs, tubers or nonsweet fruits, like

the amount of 3-dimensional space occupied by an object. Volume can also
mean the magnitude or amount of sound to be load or not load.
Vase is a
slender tall jar of glass or porcelain with an opening at the top that is
used as an ornament or to hold flowers and water.

drawn from a source that produces a flow of electricity in a circuit;
