that is hard to hear. Quite also means a period of calm weather that is
untroubled with little or no activity and is free from disturbances or
stress.
Quote is to repeat a passage or an
expression from a book, person or from another source that usually has
"quote marks" around it. Quote can also mean when someone gives you the
price of something.
